I am beyond greatful for everyone there! Bobby was able to help make things happen and get me back on the road when no other mechanics could find the issue for my vehicle from another state they did!! I cant thank them enough for showing the kindness and willingness to help me no matter what direction i needed to go!! I will always be greatful for them and Definitely recommend this place! I was apprehensive with buying a vehicle in my present financial situation and was not ready for the experience I had at Viles Automotive Group. Gary Viles is a MAN who i grew to trust in my time spent there. He made me a promise and kept it. He was honest and transparent about the whole process and in the end I drove off in a vehicle I wanted and that fit into the parameters of my request. Tandy and Bobby worked diligently for an outcome that was best for me and Viles. I would be hard pressed to say that there is another dealership that respects your wishes, that honors their word and who goes that extra mile to give you what you ask for. My next purchase WILL be from Viles Automotive Group. Thank you guys for a very great experience. Big Kuntree

These are some AMAZING people that go above and beyond the scope of their job! My daughter bought her 1st real car her on Tuesday 7/16/2024 the salesman & finance mgr really went above & beyond what they had too, to see that my daughter got what she wanted & could afford. I'm beyond impressed with these guys! If your looking for a good dependable used car go here first! You won't be disappointed a lot to choose from very reasonable. Thanks Viles Automotive!!!
